• If the monthly transactions of the favorite number exceed 25 thousand rupees and it does not cross the transaction limit of 50 thousand rupees, then a charge of 5 rupees per transaction will be applicable.
• If your transaction on your favorite number exceeds 50 thousand rupees, then a charge of 10 rupees will be deducted for each transaction.
• As per this limit higher charges will be applicable for border transactions. For example: Suppose in one month you send money free of charge 24,500 taka to your favorite number and then if you want to send 600 taka to a favorite number then a charge of 5 taka will be applicable. After doing this, if you send 600 taka to a favorite number, then 10 taka charge will be deducted.

How to add favorite number in Bkash app

• Launch the Bkash app and stay on the home screen.
• Tap on the Send Money option on the home screen.
• After entering send money option tap on “Tap for free send money” section.
• This page will provide information about how much of your monthly free send money limit you have used. Apart from this, there will also be a list of favorite numbers of your Bkash account.
• Now tap on the Add section at the bottom of the screen.
• To add a favorite number, type the recipient's development number or select his number from the contact.
• If you want you can save your favorite number name here. If you don't save a different name, your contacts will be saved here with the same name.
• On going to the next page you will be asked to confirm your favorite number by providing your bhaksha pin.
• You will be notified on the next page and via SMS on your mobile that your favorite number has been connected.

How to add favorite number by dialing USD code

• To add favorite number by dialing USSD code, first dial *247# and choose 9 number option as My Bkash.
• From My Bkash option enter favorite numbers as 4 number option.
• Type 1 to enter Send Money option.
• To add a favorite number, type 1 and enter Add Favorite Number.
• Now type your favorite Bkash account number here.
• You will now be asked to set a name for this favorite number. But in this case you can't use more than 6 characters and you can't use any special characters or spaces.
• You will be asked to confirm your PIN.
• Now you will be notified through a new prompt or message about the addition of your new favorite number. Remember, favorite number is different from favorite agent number.

Rules to send money from Bkash app

• Launch the Bkash app and stay on the home screen.
• Tap on the Send Money option on the home screen.
• After entering send money option tap on “Tap for free send money” section.
• Select the number to which you want to send money from the list of your favorite numbers here.
• Type the amount you want to send.
• You can type any type of reference here if you want. It totally depends on your own desire. However, maximum 50 characters can be used in writing reference notes.
• Enter your development pin number and tap on the arrow button.
• Now tap and hold the “Tap and hold to send money” option at the bottom of the screen to confirm the send money.
